Alu Crane Bar for Swinging Trapeze

Acrobatic "SPREADER BAR" or "CRANE BAR" with 2 Ball Bearings, 2 thrust Bearing and 2 articulated shackle for swinging trapeze, aerial apparatus and acrobatic rigging.

Intended for the practice of circus arts for professionals and circus schools.
They can also be used for flights effects and human lifting as part of shows as well as for stunts and special FX.

This spacer bar allows you to raise the safety line pulleys to avoid rope conflicts

Description

This rigid, effective and robust spreader bar is primarily intended for swinging trapeze techniques.

It incorporates a raised suspension plate which allow the pulleys and lanyards to be deflected outside the trapeze route.

The anchors of the trapeze are made from stainless steel shackles, each being equipped with 1 ball bearing mounted on the shackle axis and a ball thrust bearing mounted laterally, in order to correctly take up the horizontal forces due to the angles of the swinging trapeze.

The ball thrust bearing helps preserve wear on the side portion of the shackle.

The WICHARD 12 mm stainless steel bow shackle is equipped with an automatic locking system at each quarter turn.

Intended for the attachment of swinging aerial apparatus (swinging trapezes, flying trapeze, Washington trapeze, aerial rings, etc.),
This aluminum spreader bar is particularly well designed and incorporates several innovations:

* The shackles are made of stainless steel and equipped with a self-locking pin
* Each shackle is equipped with a ball thrust bearing for a better holding of the lateral force
* The 50 mm alu bars are rigid and robust, they accepts the lanyards in the central part
* The safety line pulley attachment rings are optimised to receive the stainless steel shackles of the pulleys directly
* The 18 mm holes are designed to accommodate 50-60 mm diameter pulleys with 6-8 mm self-locking shackles.
* The safety line pulley attachment rings are off-centre to offer :
. - Either a symmetrical position of the double safety lines taking into account the offset induced by the pulleys
. - Either an asymmetrical position of the single safety line which can be adjusted by 100 mm using the bar in the other direction.
* The compact side plates, with 14 holes, allow for easy management of suspension wires and guy lines angles.
* These plates accepts M20 screws for mounting on rigid poles, especially for "guyed up" installations.
* The adequate geometry is designed to limit the lines from rubbing against aggressive metal parts.
