WINCH RAIZER

Portable winch for lifting people or equipment during work at height or rope access and for technical rescue.

The RAIZER kit consists of a winch, two cranks, an aluminum plate with multiple attachment points and a stainless steel mobile jaw which allows the system to be mounted on the most common tubular structures with a diameter from 48 to 50 mm (scaffolding and tubes/pipes), on the 4D Pole, as well as on the entire series of Kong tripods.

Thanks to the optional Raizer Adapter, it can also be mounted on 60 mm tubes/pipes.

The RAIZER has been designed to facilitate load handling inert or human (but not for mixed use) during work at height, rope access operations and technical rescue.

It can be used:
* Either with a single handle (on the right or left)
* Or with two handles,
* Or with a cordless heavy duty angle drill, from either side.
Using a cordless tool requires a star-shaped adapter (optional)

The design of the winch allows the mounted system to be used against a wall or on a tree trunk, as the handle socket for the second handle can be removed, thus rendering the back piece perfectly flat.

Quick attachment without the need for tools thanks to the supplied handle nuts.

The set must only be used by operators trained in its specific use since, although it is relatively simple to use, the complexity of the evaluations to be carried out require a high qualification.

Raizer works with textile ropes (static, semi-static and dynamic) with a diameter from 6 to 12 mm.

The PLATE is certified in accordance with RfU CNB/P/11.114 and tested in accordance with the standards :
* Multi-anchor for connections of up to 6 persons
* MBS : 36 kN

The WINCH "817.640 RAIZER" is a device that is :
* Suitable for the simultaneous anchoring of 2 persons and for the connection of elements of personal protection systems against falls from a height (EN 795:2012 and CEN/TS 16415:2013 : MBS 12 kN)
* Used for lifting (max 240 kg) with additional hand-operated lowering function designed for descents of up to 2 m (EN 1496/B:2017).
* WLL : Working limit load (EN 1496:17) : 240 kg (Calculated by applying an additionnal safety coefficient 1:2)

The WINCH and its handles offer two speed/gear ratios:
* Fast speed: Clockwise: A gear ratio of 12.8 between the handle action and the pull on the rope.
* Slow but more POWERFUL speed: Counterclockwise: 40 gear ratio between the handle action and the pull on the rope.
These two power levels can also be used with a cordless tool by reversing the tool’s rotation direction.

The ANTAL Racing-style professional-grade aluminum winch (XT40R) is equipped with an ADJUSTABLE SPRING-LOADED SELF-TAILING system that keeps the rope engaged without the need to hold it by hand.
Thanks to its spring mechanism, the SELF-TAILING system automatically adjusts to the rope, even the thinnest ones.

It comes in a convenient, compact bag that can hold the kit and any accessories.

Equipped with NFC chip to facilitate traceability and periodic checks.
