51 mm DIAMETER Acrobatic Rigging Clamp "Cheeseborough" with ball bearings for SWINGING trapeze and Acrobatics.

Description

Acrobatic rigging clamp with 2 ball bearings mounted parallel on the shackle axis
and a ball thrust bearing effect mounted laterally, in order to correctly take up the horizontal forces due to the angles of the apparatus: swinging trapeze and cloud swing mainly.

The two shouldered bearings take up the lateral forces in the torque much better than a single bearing, which preserves the wear of the side part of the shackle.

The WICHARD Self-locking 12 mm stainless steel bow shackle is placed for a swing perpendicular to the crane bar. (classic configuration)

Intended for hanging aerial swinging apparatus (Swinging trapezes, Cloud swing ropes, flying silks, flying trapezes, Washington trapeze, aerial rings, etc.).
These clamps are compatible with standard steel tubes and scaffolding type tubes (48.3 / 50 / 51 mm). They are also compatible with the aluminum tubes of the usual entertainment trusses.

Their mounting on 50mm tubes works perfectly and respects the sensitivity of the aluminum tubes.

ATTENTION ! For mechanical reasons, the STAINLESS WICHARD Shackle is superior in resistance.
DO NOT take into account the WLL information indicated on the bow shackle.
