The SKYLOTEC SPARK is the NON ANTI-PANIC version of their famous Sirius descender.

Its top-opening cheek construction is intuitive and allows easy opening, without disconnecting the carabiner.

The SPARK descender fits perfectly in the hand.
Its self-closing lever has a particularly reduced range of movement,
which allows you to work quickly, precisely and more comfortably, in complete safety.

Its locking cam which works in the opposite way to conventional movements, with a rope entry point at the top, allows the ropes to twist less.

Its high tolerance for different rope diameters allows it to accommodate 12 mm.

Its handle release trigger keeps it in position whatever your movements.

SPARK is characterised in particular by its design without anti-panic function, which enables fast, precise and uninterrupted abseiling.

Intuitive and simple rope handling, while the carabiner on the harness can remain connected to the device, the well thought-out ergonomics and the precise operation of the lever allow for the best handling.

Thanks to the sophisticated rope guide inside the device, the rope is protected against twisting and kinking aswell as heavy wear.

The rope path, without any complete loop, is designed to limit twisting and wear.

Feature Details

In the upper part, the SPARK handle is equipped with an eyelet.
Which allows you to attach a link to the rescue victim's descender to control it remotely,
or operate your own SPARK simultaneously on the second device to get closer together.

They enable simple pulley systems (mechanical advantage) without any problems, for example, for the rapid transport of work materials and tools to the place of use.

The installation of the rope works very simply and safely.
The carabiner in the device is always connected to the user or an anchor point, as it does not need to be opened on the rope insert.

It is made of 100% metal with no prone plastic parts.
