ASAP 2026

With its unique locking system, the ASAP is a reference product in fall protection for workers at height.

Lighter, more compact, and priced the same as the previous model, the ASAP 2026 makes it easier to release the lock thanks to the solid black face covering the wheel.

In normal use, the device moves freely along the rope without any manual intervention and accompanies the user in all his movements.

In case of shock or sudden acceleration, the ASAP locks on the rope and stops the user.

Choose the energy absorber length that best suits your needs, the ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40, to comfortably work closer or further from the rope.

Permanent fall protection:

- Stops falls and uncontrolled descents that exceed two meters per second,
- Blocks on the rope even if grabbed during the fall,
- Works on vertical, horizontal, or angled rope,
- Compatible with ropes 10 to 13 mm in diameter,
- Toothed wheel is effective on a variety of rope conditions, such as frozen or dirty ropes.

Compact and easy to use:

- Easy to install and remove at any point on the rope,
- Moves up or down the rope without any manual operation.

Use in combination with:

- ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 energy absorber, for use with a person weighing up to 140 kg
- ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber, for use in two-person rescue scenarios, up to 250 kg

The ASAP can be used as a primary belay device in a fall-arrest system or as a back-up belay in a rope access system.

The ASAP is also available in pre-assembled kits for a ready-to-use solution, with ASAP’SORBER 20 or 40 or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorbers and OK TRIACT-LOCK or Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK connectors

Compatibilities:

It is important to check that your ASAP are compatible with your ASAP'SORBERs and ropes.
For example, the ASAP 2026 is incompatible with previous ASAP'SORBER (2014 model).
