Stainless CUPID Ring

EDELRID CUPID stainless ring - Openable and PPE certified.

Approved for use as both a connector and a rigging plate.

One of the only stainless steel rings on the market that can be opened.

Advantages

This ring offers four main advantages:
* It is one of the only openable stainless steel rings on the market, opening up many innovative uses, particularly outdoors
* Its material (stainless steel) makes it suitable for intensive use or use involving friction
* Its round shape allows for star-shaped loading in all directions, which is not possible with standard carabiners.
* A tool is required to open it, which makes the connection secure for inexperienced users.

Description

PPE connector/ring made of stainless steel, compliant with EN 362 class M (multi-purpose connectors).

As it requires a pointed object (such as a ballpoint pen) to open, its safety level is equivalent to a triple-action connector.

Its round shape makes it well suited to complex connections subject to rotation or multidirectional loads. Its smooth shape makes it well suited for textile connections.

Its robust, corrosion-resistant material ensures good durability over time.

The innovative opening mechanism has been designed without screws and is secured by a pin that can be unlocked without special tools, just a simple pointed object.
