Spring for tight wire

Wire Rope Spring, also known as Tightrope Walker's Wire.

This spring is specifically designed for tight wires. It is intended to integrate with our range of self-supporting or anchoring wires. This raw steel spring will provide some flexibility in tightrope walking practice, allowing you to perform more dynamic figures.

Operation

This spring works through compression via two M20 brackets mounted in opposition: when tension is applied to the brackets, the spring compresses.

Installation

The ends of the brackets are secured with M20 lock nuts, allowing an adjustment of approximately 5 cm the spring's effective length. It is important to always ensure proper nut balancing: the two nuts on each bracket must be in contact with the support plate.

Use appropriate connectors.
