Sheaves for Quick Check

To increase the possibilities of measuring with your Quick Check tension meterer to refine the measurements, several sets of sheaves are very useful.

The Dillon Quick Check is sold as standard with a set of type S (cables between 6 and 19 mm).

Variations

There are 3 other types of sheaves to mount on the Quick Check:
- L: for cables from 4.76 to 6 mm;
- P: for cables from 4.76 to 12 mm;
- T: for cables from 12 to 25 mm.

Optimizations

If you are working with 12mm cable, for example, we recommend that you use Type T. This will make it easier for you to install the Quick Check on the cable, especially if the cable is very tight.
In addition, for even more reliable measurement accuracy, the size of the sheaves must be adapted to the diameter of the cable. For example: on a 10mm cable, the P type reas will allow a voltage measurement that is potentially more accurate than the S type.
